The 7” Skinny Eel is the size you grab night after night. If you had to get one bite no matter what, this is the bait you’d fish. Its profile and action hit the sweet spot, appealing to big predators in every condition.

When jigged, it has just enough wiggle to stay natural without overdoing it, making it deadly in clear or dirty water alike. This bait has proven itself time and time again, producing monster tarpon, snook, redfish and various grouper species regardless of current strength, moon phase, or tide stage. Up current, down current, it doesn’t matter. The 7” Skinny Eel simply gets eaten.

Fish the 7” Skinny Eel with a light jig head and cast up-current, allowing the bait to naturally swim and fish its way back to you. The slender profile keeps it moving cleanly with the flow with minimal drag, staying in the strike zone longer.

Maintain minimal bottom contact in the strike zone and stay ready when predators commit, they hit it violently, often knocking slack into your line. That natural, hands-off presentation is what makes the 7” Skinny Eel so reliable when you need a bite.

The 7” Skinny Eel incorporates the same hook slot channel built into the bait that’s found throughout the entire range of lures we make. The hook slot makes rigging absolutely effortless. No more issues having a bait rigged a little off anymore. It also adds an area where scent can be added to the bait if desired. The hook slot allows the hook to be exposed more when a fish hits making the hookup ratio much better by increasing the hook gap between the bait and hook point. Lastly and most importantly it greatly increases the durability and longevity that the lure bodies last. They will not tear as easy as a lure without the slot.

Our ROSÉ RIPPER is from our very first production run. We've since perfected the process, but there are a few of those original blemished lures mixed into this first drop. They're still fishable and ready to catch fish, they just didn't meet our final cosmetic standards. So, we're marking them down $1 OFF while supplies last.
